This HDD bore was  a 8" water line done at a prison for the Virginia Department of Corrections. The bore was in rock and 1400 linear feet long passing under the James River at Goochland, Virginia. It was completed with a Ditch Witch JT 60 Drill.

Pipe bursting is another trenchless method of rehab  for aging water and sewer systems. We are well versed in both verisions and pipe types  CI, DIP, PVC etc.

We are also equipped and experienced to do  HDPE pipe fusion  form 1\2 inch to 36 inch, both butt  and Electro Fusion . We can also do Hydro Excavation, clean drains, culverts, drop inlets, as well as valve boxes and manholes. 

This project was for the US Navy on the base  at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It involved the installation of a 5200 linear foot  8" fire suppression system line, which was installed by HDD using alll HDPE  piping.The ground formation was mostly a mixture of sand and coral rock.

Pipe ramming is another method of casing installation that we use. It can be used for the casing of water lines, sewer lines, and drain lines as well as over wash casings in conjunction with HDD bores. Sizes can range from 12" to 60" and greater.

These pictures are of various auger bores. We have equipment to do sizes rangeing from 8" to 30".  We can also  do pliot tube bores.
